Cempanel is a Class ‘0’ cement particle board with excellent impact, fire and acoustic properties. Cempanel is typically used as internal linings on rainscreen cladding projects, general purpose external boarding, floors or studwork interior walls.

10mm Cempanel is a durable cement particle building board which does not require wet trades and is ideal for off-site and modular construction. Cempanel does not absorb water, is structurally stronger than timber and plasterboard and can be used as an exterior and interior cladding and lining board that is far superior to timber sheathing.
Cempanel combines the strength of cement with the flexibility of timber. Comprising by weight the board consists of 69% cement and 31% fine wood particles.
Cempanel is resistant to changes in heat and moisture making it fire resistant and a good thermal insulator. The high cement and alkaline content also resists insect and fungal attack.
