9mm Renderflex is a building board specifically designed as a carrier board for polymer modified render systems and formulated to provide a strong key between the polymer basecoats and top coats.

The board is manufactured from a mixture of specially treated cellulose fibres, Portland cement, sand and other additives. The unique Renderflex structure offers a high tensile strength (ILB) essential for long term durability whilst minimising the amount of movement in the board reducing any stress being applied to the render system.

RCM Renderflex boards have been used or approved by most of the render manufactures within the UK.

For extensive cutting we recommend an electoplated diamond continuous rim cutting blade (EPC) diamond blade.

Application:

Renderflex is primarily designed to be used as:

  • An external render carrier board for direct thin coat render systems, where there is no insulation applied to the board prior to rendering.
  • For use with polymer renders
  • Internal and external applications
  • Fascia's and soffit liner

RCM Renderflex is suitable for the following construction types:

  • Lightweight Steel Frame
  • Timber Frame
  • Modular/Offsite
