55mm Warmline XPS Thermal Laminate comprise high performance extruded polystyrene insulation foam (XPS) bonded to 9.5mm tapered edge plasterboard. Product is designed as a simple and effective way to improve the thermal efficiency in both walls and roof applications.

Warmline XPS Thermal Laminates provide the ability to install both the insulation and plasterboard in one operation thus significantly reducing installation time. They are BBA certified and fully applicable with Part L of the building regulations.

Warmline XPS Thermal Laminate insulated plasterboard is manufactured from closed cell extruded polystyrene foam using a blowing agent that has Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (zero ODP) and Low Global Warming Potential (GWP).

Applications:

55mm Warmline XPS Thermal Laminate can be installed with plaster Dot & Dab or adhesive as well as mechanical fixings. Product is specifically designed for the thermal insulation of:

  • Solid masonry walls
  • Timber frame lining applications
  • The “underneath” layer of insulation in between and under rafter and joist applications
  • Basements
  • Ceilings
