We have just received a delivery to rural France from Pawel at Insulation Cart. The delivery charge and material costs were both excellent. Many thanks Pawel, I would recommend that people use your company.Benjamin Gregson-Williams - St. Hippolyte, France
I was held up with my project by an apparent national shortage of insulated plasterboard, with none available locally. I shopped around online and am immensely grateful to Pawel at Insulation Cart who got all I needed to my Scottish Highland home. Potential transport hassle appeared no problem. The materials arrived quickly. The liaison with Pawel @ Insulation Cart and with the courier was excellent, and advantage appears not to have been taken of the shortage to bump up price. On hearing my address, I might have heard none was available. I appreciate the good service.Christopher Ellis - Kinlochleven, Scotland
My experience with Insulation Cart was an excellent one. I'm renovating our apartment in the middle of Paris, so it took some time figuring out where and how to get insulation. Why are PIR boards so expensive in France? I made the payment on Saturday by bank transfer, and it was acknowledged by email 10 minutes later. The boards were delivered the following Friday, right on time- a relief, as keeping a delivery space free in our busy street, close to Place de la République, is no easy feat. I had very good contact by phone and email throughout the process, and based on my own experience, I would recommend Insulation Cart without hesitation. I even asked for additional boards a few days before the delivery date, and they were able to accommodate this. Bravo!
Roddy Cunningham - Paris, France
Great company. They were always able to answer my calls, they were able to come up with solutions when I had problems, they were adaptive and they got my delivery done when no-one else could. Would definitely use again!Chris Melikian - Carshalton
I needed a UK supplier that could deliver in France as it was difficult to buy PIR insulation (Xtratherm) in France.
Insulation Cart where able to deliver in France and able to offer a very good price, however to match the price I was asked to pay by bank transfer. I was concerned to pay £2k+ by bank transfer and what would happen if the goods where damaged on delivery, so I researched the company and found plenty of references but only 1 or 2 customer reviews.
Ongoing ahead and transferring the money, comms with Insulation Cart where excellent, asking about the best delivery dates etc. They kept me fully informed at all times and delivered very quickly (from order to delivery in France near Paris) in less than 1 week.
The only minor negative point was the fact that the delivery arrived in the morning rather than the arranged afternoon, this was the fault of the delivery contractor rather than Insulation Cart. On the morning that the delivery happened Insulation Cart called to let me know the delivery had arrived early and apologised for any inconvenience caused.
The delivery was well wrapped / protected, with no damage at all to 40 sheets of insulation and 40 sheets of plasterboard.
In summary, I can fully recommend the service I have received from Insulation Cart and will definitely buy from again. Thanks, Ski.Ski Sharp - Whitehaven
Had huge trouble finding a supplier of small numbers of XPS yelofoam or styrofoam boards. Insulation Cart were happy to provide small numbers, and did not add huge delivery costs (unlike everyone else I tried). They then gave an excellent service, checking what I required at all stages, including delivery. On the basis of my own experience I can strongly recommend them.Peter Lee - Witham
